Below you'll find our Weekly Huatulco Weather Report. This is an amateur effort to give people an idea of what the weather is like here. It is of my personal perception of the weather and diving conditions over the last week and it is certainly not a prediction! Weather Report # 129. Week: 04 - 11 November 2007

Weather

Daytime highs: 30°C / 31°C (86°F / 88°F)

Minimum temperature: 22°C / 24°C (71°F / 75°F)

It was sunny and dry all week. Typical weather for the dry season, it'll probably be like this until May/June next year....

Diving Conditions

Ocean: Calm.

Temperature: Around 22°C / 26°C (72°F / 78°F) in the shallow water, a bit warmer still on the surface. We did have thermoclines again this week and underneath it was around 19°C (66°F). Still much cooler than normal this time of the year....

Visibility: From 15m (50ft) at Cacaluta and San Augustin, to about 8m / 10m (25ft / 30ft) at sites closer to Santa Cruz.

Hurricane Season

There was no tropical cyclone activity over the East Pacific this week.

Officially the East Pacific Region Hurricane Season ends November 30, but I will publish the complete 2007 Rainy/Hurricane Season Report this week.
