Below you'll find our Weekly Huatulco Weather Report. This is an amateur effort to give people an idea of what the weather is like here. It is of my personal perception of the weather and diving conditions over the last week and it is certainly not a prediction! Weather Report # 156. Week: 11 - 18 May 2008

Weather

Daytime highs: 34°C / 36°C (93°F / 97°F)

Minimum temperature: 25°C / 27°C (78°F / 81°F)

The whole week was sunny and dry. Until.... Saturday night: the rainy season has started! Saturday and Sunday night we had thunderstorms coming over Huatulco, accompanied by some pretty heavy showers. Saturday morning it kept raining a bit until about midday, othersie it was dry and sunny in the daytime. Sunday it was a little cooler then the previous days.

Diving Conditions

Ocean: Generally very calm.

Temperature: Between 28°C / 30°C (82°F / 86°F).

Visibility: Between 12m / 15m (40ft / 50ft).

Nice diving conditions and we saw some Giant Manta Rays this week.
