Below you'll find our Weekly Huatulco Weather Report. This is an amateur effort to give people an idea of what the weather is like here. It is of my personal perception of the weather and diving conditions over the last week and it is certainly not a prediction! Weather Report # 149. Week: 23 - 30 March 2008

Weather

Daytime highs: 32°C / 34°C (90°F / 93°F)

Minimum temperature: 23°C / 25°C (74°F / 78°F)

The whole week was sunny and dry, with a bit of wind in the afternoons. Only Saturday it was cloudy in the afternoon.

Diving Conditions

Ocean: The port was closed on Tuesday, there was quite a swell out there. Some afternoons it was a bit choppy for a few hours in the afternoon. Other than that it was calm in the mornings.

Temperature: Between 23°C and 25°C (74°F / 78°F), a bit cooler again.

Visibility: Not very good, about 3m to 7m (10ft / 20ft) most of the week. Only Wednesday it was a bit clearer, about 10m (30ft).

The hurricane season for  the East Pacific Region officially starts in May.
