Below you'll find our Weekly Huatulco Weather Report. This is an amateur effort to give people an idea of what the weather is like here. It is of my personal perception of the weather and diving conditions over the last week and it is certainly not a prediction! Weather Report # 162. Week: 23 - 29 June 2008

Weather

Daytime highs: 34°C / 36°C (94°F / 97°F)

Minimum temperature: 27°C / 28°C (81°F / 83°F)

The first half of the week it was sunny and dry. The second half we still had sun, but also some overcast skies. Thursday we had a few drops of rain in the afternoon and Saturday afternoon there was some thunder activity and again a few drops of rain.

Diving Conditions

Ocean: Generally calm.

Temperature: Around 28°C / 30°C (82°F / 86°F).

Visibility: We only went out one day and we had 12m (40ft). Looked like it was clearing up more.

Hurricane Season

Two tropical storms formed this week, "Boris" and "Cristina". They were both far away to the West, but they did draw up the cloud bands that normally stay to the South of Huatulco. Hence we had less sun the second half of the week....
