Below you'll find our Weekly Huatulco Weather Report. This is an amateur effort to give people an idea of what the weather is like here. It is of my personal perception of the weather and diving conditions over the last week and it is certainly not a prediction! Weather Report # 115. Week: 29 July - 05 August 2007

Weather

Daytime highs: 32°C / 34°C (90°F / 94°F)

Minimum temperature: 26°C / 27°C (79°F / 81°F)

It was mainly sunny and dry all week. Friday afternoon it was overcast and some other days there were a few clouds around. On the whole it was difficult to imagen it is the rainy season, except for the humidity....

Diving Conditions

Ocean: Calm.

Temperature: Around 30°C/31°C (86°F/88°F).

Visibility: Pretty much between 15m and 20m+ (50ft / 70ft), still very nice.

Lots of Spotted Eagle Rays around this week....

Hurricane Season

There was no tropical cyclone activity in our area this week.

Wednesday Tropical Storm Erick formed, about 3,000km (2,000 miles) West of Huatulco. Too far away to inlfuence the weather here. Thursday it was already downgraded to a tropical depression.
