Continuing Education for the Pro
As a professional Instructor you want to stay current and up to date. A good way of doing that is continuing your own education, not only as a diver or Instructor but also in area's like Diving Medicine, the Diving Industry, Sales & Marketing and the Environment. We offer many continuing education courses to make you an "all-round", professional Instructor. Below are descriptions of some or the courses that we offer to help you achieve the goal that every Instructor should have; to become a PADI Master Instructor or even a Course Director. Each of those courses enhances your career and gives you a better opportunity to find employment in the dive industry.
.
PADI Specialty Instructor
Can you think of anything better than teaching your own favorite diving activity? Become a Specialty Instructor by taking the course from a Course Director. We will provide you with practical experience so you'll be able to conduct these courses yourself.confidently. You need minimum 5 Specialty Instructor ratings to apply for your PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer rating.

.
Emergency First Response Instructor:
As an EFR Instructor you can teach divers and non-divers the basic first aid skills including CPR, the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and oxygen equipment, as well as first aid for children. A must for every responsible Instructor. We do the course in 1 or 2 days and you will practice all the skills, hands on, while learning how to teach this course. You'll go over the knowledge development portion (again) as well as the standards and procedures for the EFR Course. As an Instructor you can teach the Emergency First Response Course to divers and non-divers alike.

DAN Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Injuries Instructor
You will practice all the skills and scenarios yourself with the proper DAN Oxygen Equipment and then practice the same acting as the Instructor. You go over the knowledge development part more in-depth than with the provider course and you'll learn the course standards. We all know how important DAN is, this is your chance to support them (and dive safety in general) by teaching as many divers as possible the Oxygen Provider Course.
DAN Oxygen First Aid for Aquatic Emergencies Instructor
The difference with the course above is that this course is not designed to teach scuba divers but anybody who is involved in aquatic activities like pool owners, boat crews, snorkel guides, swimming coaches, etc. YouŽll find a lot of parents interested in taking this course as well.

.
DAN First Aid for Hazardous Marine Life Injuries Instructor
Very interesting course to teach to anybody involved in activities at or near the ocean. You'll learn how to teach this course by practicing the skills yourself and demonstrations by the Instructor Trainer. In this course there is a knowledge development and standards portion as well.

PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer
This preparation program consists of five PADI Specialty Instructor Courses to help you on your way to becoming a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. It's mostly diving but we will also go over the knowledge development portions of each course. Once you have issued 25 PADI Certifications you'll be able to apply for your MSDT rating the "easy" and cheapest way.

This course will give you a fresh look at the IDC and the PADI system and you will probably learn a lot more then you think!
As a PADI IDC-Staff Instructor you are capable of assisting a Course Director and giving the presentations within the IDC or other Instructor Development programs and you are able to conduct the PADI Assistant Instructor Course independently.
