PADI Adventure Diver Course Details Course Duration - 1 to 2 Days

Preparation / Self Study 2 - 3 hrs. Note: Manual and Video are also available on CD-ROM Knowledge Development 1 hrs. Review the 3 Knowledge Reviews with your Instructor Attend the Dive Briefings conducted by your Instructor Attend Knowledge Development Presentations ( if applicable)Open Water Training 5 - 8 hrs. Example ScheduleWithout preparation and over 2 days. When you book with enough time in advance, we can get you the materials to prepare for the course. We are flexible and will adjust a schedule when appropriate. We will spend all the time with you, that is needed to complete a course. 09:30 - 14:00 ---- 1 dive (optional*) and 1 Adventure Dive14:00 - 15:00 ---- watch video In your own time - read manual and answer knowledge reviews* This optional dive to "get back into it", is not included in the price of the course! You can also use the optional dive to complete a PADI Specialty Course.
Course Prerequisites To enroll in a PADI Adventures in Diving Program, an individual must: Be certified as a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver or have an equivalent rating. "Equivalency" is defined as proof of an entry-level scuba certification with a minimum of four open water training dives. Be at least 10 years of age to participate in the following Adventure Dives: AWARE - Fish Identification, Boat Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Underwater Naturalist and Underwater Photography Be 12 years of age or older to participate in all Adventure Dives
Note: a person under 15 years of age will be certified as a Junior Adventure Diver
